Cancellation Policy - I require at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. Although I completely understand that sometimes this can not be helped, I kindly ask you to appreciate that I have to then try to fill that space at very short notice. 50% treatment charge will be incurred if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance; 100% if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. The same applies to a change of treatment.
